About the workshop
The training teaches the basic principles and mechanisms of Argentine tango and is aimed at anyone who is interested in ballroom dancing and is at a learning stage (beginners). The workshop focuses on observing and practising the basic physical principles and mechanisms involved in this couple dance. The class begins with technical and rhythmic exercises that prepare physically and mentally for the correct execution of the tango movements. After the exercises and explorations, we work on simple movement phrases and the possibility of combining them freely. This opens up a world of infinite possibilities in which everyone finds their own voice in this Latin American improvisation dance as an individual and then in the group.
