Terms of Service

  1. registration

Registration for the courses/workshops must be made in writing by email/online form or in person if you register at short notice (when you appear on the first day of the course). The registration is binding for the participant even without written confirmation. The number of participants is limited to the places offered on the website. If the number of registrations exceeds the places offered, the participants will be selected based on the order in which the registrations were received. The date of receipt is decisive for this. By registering, the course participant confirms that he/she has read and accepted the general terms and conditions.

2. Fees

The fees at the time of registration apply. All fees are shown with 10% sales tax (privileged rate due to the association).

3. Terms of Payment

Payments are due after receipt of a payment order by e-mail (to be paid without deduction to the specified account) or in cash on the first day of the course. Payment via bank transfer is preferred. Transfers are made to the following account:

RedSapata cultural initiative, IBAN: AT04 2032 0321 0055 2524

4. Withdrawal

Cancellation by the participant must be in writing and is free of charge up to the 8th day before the start of the event. In the event of cancellation at short notice or no-show, the full course fee will be charged. These regulations apply regardless of the reason for the cancellation and also if a medical certificate is presented. The participant has the right to nominate a substitute participant at any time before the start of the training. Such a rebooking is free of charge for the participant. Only partial participation in an event does not entitle you to a reduction in payment. There is no entitlement to long-term validity. Absences are only credited in exceptional cases.

5. Illness

Illness-related absences (affecting more than 3 consecutive course dates) of the participant can be made up for in other events within a calendar year free of charge after consultation. The allocation of alternative dates depends on the number of participants in other courses and  is made dependent on the submission of a medical certificate or other certification. No alternative date can be offered for one-time block offers.

6. Changes

We reserve the right to change the location and/or date of events or to cancel them for important reasons (e.g. insufficient number of participants). In the event of cancellation, she will offer an alternative date or the course fee will be fully refunded. However, deviating course times on the same day and/or the use of another trainer do not entitle you to a reduction in payment and/or cancellation.

7. Agreements regarding an epidemic/pandemic (e.g. Covid19)

If it is no longer possible to hold the courses in the studio due to measures ordered by the authorities, the courses will be switched to online operation via Zoom if possible and reasonable. If this is not possible for currently unknown reasons, the courses will be made up for after the measures have been completed (credit note). According to the law, the participant can also request a refund of the course fee.
