We want to spend a day with you that is characterized by solidarity, joy and mutual respect. Celebrate together, dance, eat and enjoy life in all its facets. This is possible if we approach each other openly and respectfully. We will guide you through the day with exercises/elements from the Contact Impro and Pantarei Approach.

We dance, cook, laugh together and thereby create spaces in which we feel comfortable with one another. We bring people closer together - without reservation and without prejudice, by guiding you to get in touch with yourself and with others in mutual agreement.

Please bring clothes that you feel comfortable in and that you can move around in. We are planning an afternoon break with snacks and cakes, as well as an evening meal that we will prepare together. You are welcome to bring your favorite delicacies. It doesn't take much: just a little curiosity…
