a transdisciplinary exploration of language, expression and comprehension in analogue and digital realms
This project is for us a reflection on the relevance and nature of individual expression, on the
(im)possibility of communication and authentic exchange and on the challenges posed by the
coexistence of the analogue and digital realms.
Furthermore, we would like to experiment with the interaction of digital inputs: What changes when our
direct, analogue (acoustic, physical) forms of expression and moments of communication are
Interrupted and influenced by digital stimuli (loudspeakers, projections) and our mutual perception
changed as a result?
Rosalie Vankais trained in classical ballet (Opera Ballet School Vienna and Munich), contemporary

Ana Topalovicis (multi)cellist, composer and musical concept developer. She holds masters degree in
cello concert performance and pedagogy degree from Konservatorium Wien Privatuniversität and had
Studied in the prestigious class of Prof. Maria Kliegel in Cologne.
FORMA/R/TSis a series of projects consisting of events lasting several days. Art projects from various genres will be shown, which are linked to one another by means of a thematic thread.
Concerts, exhibitions, performances for a diverse audience should make encounters possible in one place and at the same time show the diversity of the place, the artists and the guests and contribute to the cultural and social life at the location. The events are curated by Damian Cortés Alberti, artist with connections to international scenes in Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Croatia, South Korea and Austria.
The focal points and topics for 2022/23:
Trans Atlantic Voices:the format brings together the works of artists of (South) American origin who develop their activities in Austria. The goal is to observe idiosyncratic lines of South Americans as implemented in relevant and formative discourses in the contemporary art scene in Europe. Above all, artists are involved who have a strong connection to Austria by living here and who at the same time use their connections abroad to work in a network.
wavelength:Whether we perceive it with our eyes or with our ears, the wavelength as a symbol is closely linked to our perception of reality. Based on this concept, a number of artists work in the border area between the seen and the unseen, the heard and the unheard as well as the haptic relationships between these two worlds.
