Elusive Witnesses is a movement-based performance that exposes the chaos rooted in the body’s lived experience of being shaped, perceived, and constrained. With vulnerability and fragility, the piece delves into the tension between intimacy, identity, and desire, revealing the body as a vessel of layered histories and its entanglement with patriarchal structures. Through physical exploration, Elusive Witnesses confronts the imprints left by these experiences and the disorder they generate, not to dwell in rupture, but to uncover the transformative potential of chaos. In doing so, the work invites the audience to reconsider chaos not only as disruption, but as a force for renewal, resistance, and embodied becoming.
