5 minutes more is a multidisciplinary project that explores the weight of accumulated stress on the contemporary body - a body navigating the chaotic landscapes of modern life, constantly adopting, performing, and striving. This piece follows a young body through different moments of its existence, from its very first - perhaps even before it. It portrays various forms of violence, inner tension, fear, and the hunger of unfulfilled needs. It reflects external pressures and the constant questioning: How can I be enough? In contrast to this constant self-questioning, the piece wants to ask:
- Can the body reclaim its autonomy?
- Can it resist the imposed rhythms?
- Or will it remain caught in the loop always asking for just five more minutes?
